FOUR PRACTICE: DOMESTIC PRODUCTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY OF ENVIRONMENT ORGANING PRODUCTS IN AN ECOLOGICALLY CLEAN AREA AND THE POTENTIAL MARKETED ON

CONTEXT, FIELD OF INTERVENTION:

Establishment of a domestic production organization for environmentally friendly products.

PERIOD:

From 2002 to 2020 and with a future perspective.

POPULATION, PARTICIPANTS:

It covers a group of over 20 small family communities and individual producer groups and is committed to sustainable practice of increasing production and marketing.

COORDINATORS:

A team from the Association, together with local communities of growers and farmers.

METHODOLOGY (HOW THE PRACTICE WORKS):

"PREDBALKAN" Association initiated the efforts of the local population for the production and sale of original local foods. A study of local domestic practice for the production of various foods, canned food, beverages and other food products from domestically produced ecological products has been carried out. Culinary competitions and meetings were organized, where local people presented their culinary achievements. At the many rural holidays - vows and celebrations, guests enjoy the products of family kitchens.

PARTICIPATORY PROCESS:

The Association works together with the local community center and the club for the elderly and the disabled, supported by the local municipal leadership.

TIME TO BE SUCCESFUL (HOW MANY TIME THE PRACTICE TAKE TO ACHIEVE THEIR OBJECTIVES):

The Association strives to achieve its objectives in the medium term with a trend of sustainable development and maintaining its main activity - methodological support of ecotourism economy in the region while preserving the environment environment and the restoration of the cultural and historical heritage.

VALIDITY (IF THE PARTICIPANTS THINK THAT THE PRACTICE RESOLVED THE PROBLEMATIC):

The association strives for the durability of the practice in the future and works for its continuous realization with all available means and efforts.

IMPACT:

The practice of the Association aims to preserve the original local cuisine and to promote its re-production on the domestic and foreign markets.

INNOVATION:

A comprehensive long-standing practice has been developed to maintain and popularize traditional local cuisine.

RESOURCES OR CONDITIONS NEEDED FOR THE PRACTICE:

Practice requires the engagement of young and skilled people to fit into family culinary production members.

LIMITATIONS:

The limitations are in the constantly decreasing number of the population

LEARNED LESSONS: :

The Association practices information meetings on the benefits of family life practices in the preparation of clean biological co-products to be provided to ecotourist guests and on the market.

SUSTAINABILITY:

Practice strives to maintain lasting sustainability in an unlimited future.
Repeatability: The practice seeks to develop an innovative methodology to be borrowed and replicated by other similar Bulgarian and foreign local communities.

REPLICABILITY:
CONCLUSION:

Practice, albeit hard to measure in numbers, is particularly successful, sustainable in terms of its environmental friendliness, contributes to the formation of members' sense of community and people's participation, and is effectively working.
